Deshe Group

The Deshe Group is a Digital Marketing and IT consulting firm which is designed to enhance growth and productivity in your organization through digital innovations. With a team of over 15 years of combined experience in the planning and execution of digital strategies, Deshe Group is more than willing to work with you in achieving your goals.

The Deshe Group provides digital marketing training for people within the ages of 17- 25 years. The average number of students in each class is 5, meaning candidates receive personalized attention and in-depth training. Training is provided in 2 courses, 2 times a year. Deshe supports selected interns by providing professional advice and assistance.

Kumasi Hive

Kumasi Hive is a co-working space, incubator, and academy training and supporting the tech community in Kumasi Ghana. The social enterprise provides 30 training programs a year, each with an average of 30 students per class. 

Training is provided in the areas of business, software, and hardware skills. 

Business training includes: financial accounting, business development, market research, and business model canvas development. 

Technical training includes: Internet of Things (IoT) Academy, C programming, Java, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Arduino programming, Raspberry Pi Programming, Sensor design and programming among others. 

Hardware includes: 3D modeling and printing, welding and fabrication, electronics, carpentry and metal works, mechanical machinery and fabrication etc

Stars From All Nations

Stars From All Nations (SFAN) is a social venture that trains African youth with communication, networking, critical thinking, work ethics, social media, and entrepreneurship in a vision to raise the next generation of African leaders. SFAN provides an average of 5 training programs a year with an attendance of 100 people between the ages of 16 to 35.

Why these skills? Communication ranges from workplace communication to brand communication, essential for company growth; networking is the single most powerful marketing tactic to accelerate and sustain success for any individual or organization; critical thinking, including systematic problem solving, is an invaluable asset for any career; work ethics, the basis of the survival of any business; social media, connecting companies and individuals to resources trends that matters to them; entrepreneurship – as the bulge in technology continually influences the future of work, employers need employees who think like entrepreneurs.

Workshed is a co-working community that offers training programs for high school students. The program is held once a year and equips students with coding, graphic design, music, and etiquette skills. The average number of participants is 30 and only students 18 or above are verified candidates on the YNG Interns platform. 

From Workshed: Our candidates, though they fall in the younger generation, will equally have adequate expertise to undertake any task assigned to them. They will have a broader worldview and be more application-oriented.

Unlocking Women and Technology

Unlocking Women and Technology (UWAT)’s primary aim is to empower women through technology by providing them with the right skill set for their career.

UWAT provides programming and business development training to women in Ghana. Programming courses include HTML,PHP, CSS, JavaScript, ANDROID. Training is provided 2 times a year. UWAT provides selected interns with emotional support and assistance related to their internships.
